• Skin Add one to two drops to your favourite skin care product for added cleansing properties. Mix with a carrier oil like sweet almond oil and massage onto your face, leave overnight to wake up to soft and supple skin.
• Aromatherapy: Simply add to your diffuser or combine with water and apple cider vinegar to create and stimulating air-freshener.
• For Pain-relief: Mix with massage oils or add in warm bath water to relieve pain, spasms and cramps.
• DIY Perfume: Blend - Cedarwood essential oil- 5 drops with Bergamot essential oil- 3 drops and Sandalwood essential oil- 2 drops, add 300 ml alcohol (70%) in a glass spray bottle. Voila!
• To improve digestion: Massage 1-2 drops of bergamot oil into the stomach as needed or with each meal to aid digestion.
